While we love a good heavy duty wood cutting board for major kitchen projects, Epicurean is our go to for the 3-4 times/day we are pulling out a cutting board to slice an apple or make a quick lunch. The lightweight nature of this board along with its dishwasher safe feature makes this one of our top kitchen tools and even one of our key travel accessories. Epicurean cutting boards are made from paper composite. The raw material is called Richlite, a durable and sustainable product that Epicurean begins with to craft it's cutting boards in their Wisconsin facility. The boards are sealed with a food safe resin and there are no glues or additives used in the process. Being that almost 100% of our food runs across a cutting board, we consider this to be #1 on the list of clean kitchen musts.
We stock this All-In-One in 14.5" x 11.25" because we find it to be sufficient to handle the majority of projects while still being small enough to travel with. It also has nonslip feet and a juice groove.
