What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy takes a science-based approach to wellness, utilizing real food and a balanced lifestyle to work toward optimal health.

It recognizes that each human is unique and nutrition is approached from a personalized standpoint.

The foundation of Nutritional Therapy lies in a properly prepared, nutrient-dense diet that is supported by proper digestion, blood sugar regulation, sufficient fatty acids, mineral balance, and adequate hydration.

We start with these parameters and the rest is up to you! We identify your concerns, your imbalances, and your goals. Then we come up with a plan that works for your unique situation and lifestyle.

What to Expect

Our first meeting will be 60-90 minutes during which time we will:

  • Personal and family history - intake paperwork to be completed and reviewed in advance.

  • Current diet + lifestyle - food and mood journal to be completed and reviewed prior to visit.

  • Symptoms, concerns, and goals.
