Also known as butterfish and for good reason! These black cod portions are rich, buttery and full of heart healthy oils. We enjoy them in the pan or on the grill but they also make a great smoked fish.
Our favorite preparation is quick and simple with nothing but ghee, lemon, salt and pepper. If time allows, the cod is also amazing in a miso preparation, served with bok choy and noodles.
