We found Chacewater by chance during a trip to Kelseyville CA to visit a saffron farm. It was incredible to find their beautiful wine and olive oil tasting room alongside their olive groves, production facility and offices. We did a tasting, walked straight into the office and left with a couple of cases of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Chacewater is a family operation that hand picks into chest buckets, where the olives stay crisp and clean before going straight into their on site mill. Their impressive Italian made mill allows them to go from tree to bottle in no time flat, an advantage many growers don't have. They offer an impressive variety of oils as well as one of the best balsamic vinegar's we have tried!
We chose the Manzanillo as our staple oil for its butter like flavor and texture as well as its low pungency, making it a great all purpose oil.
The Meyer Lemon is infused with organic Meyer Lemons from a nearby farm and pairs great with kale salad as well as fish and chicken dishes. It is a very unique oil and we love it for special meals!
