We found Chacewater by chance during a trip to Kelseyville CA to visit a saffron farm. It was incredible to find their beautiful wine and olive oil tasting room alongside their olive groves, production facility and offices. We did a tasting, walked straight into the office and left with a couple of cases of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Chacewater is a family operation that hand picks into chest buckets, where olives stay crisp and clean before going straight into their on site mill. Their impressive Italian made mill allows them to go from tree to bottle in no time flat, an advantage many growers don't have. They offer an impressive variety of oils as well as one of the best balsamic vinegar's we have tried!
Meyer Lemon is infused with organic meyer lemons from a nearby farm and pairs great with kale salad as well as cod and halibut. It's a very unique oil and we love it for special meals!
Blood Orange is made with whole blood oranges and is unreal on salmon or drizzled on coconut ice cream.
