Summer Savory just in time for summer! We love this herb for its compatibility with a wide variety of dishes including mushrooms, lamb, stuffing and sauces. It is often compared to thyme or marjoram and is one of the main ingredients in Herbs de Provence.
We have used Summer Savory to infuse sea salt for a fun topper to grilled fish, meat and sweet potatoes!
